Anthony Bing
Anthony M. Bing is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in senior management within the construction sector. His expertise spans civil construction, pipelines, mining, and forestry, and he has established a proven track record at the project level across North America. Anthony has excelled in roles involving corporate management, finance, project management, procurement, and equipment management. Known for his ability to build strong teams and foster respectful corporate cultures, Anthony is currently seeking a General Manager position to leverage his comprehensive management expertise, construction knowledge, and understanding of asset life cycle costing and logistics. His experience is complemented by a strong foundation in corporate financial management.
Anthony has successfully established partnerships with Indigenous communities, negotiating Land and Foreshore Agreements for marine projects in forestry, mining, dredging, and habitat restoration, with valuations between $10MM and $120MM. He has led consultation processes for Joint Venture Developments, MOU's, Purchasing, and Permitting across various sectors, collaborating closely with local governments in Alberta, British Columbia, and Canada's Yukon Territory.
In his career, Anthony has founded Lord Byng Designs Ltd., offering consulting services in operations and corporate management within the construction industry. He has served as Director of Operations in an EPCM construction group, managed logistics, procurement, and equipment teams for the TMEP Transmountain Expansion Project. Additionally, Anthony oversaw procurement and financing of heavy equipment at Surerus Pipelines Inc., and consulted with Volvo CE on industry standards affecting contractors. He played a pivotal role in growing Grizzly Equipment from startup to $15MM/year in revenue within four years.
His educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with a triple major in Business Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Accounting from Western State Colorado University, where he graduated cum laude with a GPA of 3.82. He initiated a Master of Business Administration program at Harvard School of Business through WSC, achieving a GPA of 4.0, summa cum laude, and has undertaken courses in Business Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Business Management, and Marketing. Anthony is currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and has undertaken the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants Exam.
Mindy Bing
Mindy Bing is a seasoned project and sales manager with a robust background in construction and operational management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western State Colorado University, specialising in Project Management and Marketing, Mindy has honed her leadership and organisational skills throughout her career. She currently serves as a Project Analyst at BC Hydro, where she supports relationship-building projects with First Nations and oversees documentation and reporting, contributing to negotiation strategies and socio-economic impact analyses.
Mindy's professional journey includes significant roles such as Vice President at Lord Byng Designs Ltd., where she led diverse teams in civil and industrial construction projects, and Project Manager at Jakes Construction and Stqoya Construction, managing complex operations for the TransMountain Expansion Pipeline. Her experience in driving sales growth, managing large-scale projects, and improving operational efficiency is complemented by her advanced use of industry-standard planning and operations management systems.
Mindy is also deeply involved in community service, holding positions such as 1st Vice President of the Fort St John & District Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and contributing to various committees. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident as she pursues PMP certification from Northern Lights College. As a motivated team player, Mindy is seeking challenging opportunities to leverage her expertise in construction and project management to enhance organisational profitability and achieve business objectives.
Robert Bing
Robert is a seasoned pipeline professional with extensive experience in construction, project management, and supervision. Since 2012, he has led various construction crews on projects ranging in size and scope, demonstrating a strong capacity for efficient and safe project execution. Robert has been a Foreman on several high-profile projects, including the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, Fortis BC IGU Lateral and Loop Project, and APPL Replacement Project. His expertise spans utility management, blasting, clearing, structural work, and environmental practices, always ensuring that operations run smoothly and meet all regulatory standards.
Before his pipeline experience, Robert held key positions in bridge construction, wind energy projects, and marketing, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in various facets of civil engineering and infrastructure development. He has worked closely with engineers and contractors, managing vital aspects such as permits, applications, and structural installations. Robert has a background in business with an MBA in International Business, enhancing his capabilities in marketing, business development, and strategic planning.
Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills, making significant contributions to projects and driving growth in diverse sectors, including First Nations tourism and construction. His dedication to efficiency and innovative practices has consistently led to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
