We believe in practical solutions that keep heavy equipment, pipeline, and construction projects moving. Our founders bring more than 30 years of experience across the construction industry, and we pair that experience with straightforward strategy to help your business compete and grow.
Anthony Bing
Anthony has spent his career in senior management across civil construction, pipelines, mining, and forestry in North America. He has led logistics, procurement, and equipment teams on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, financed and managed heavy equipment at Surerus Pipelines, and helped grow Grizzly Equipment from startup to $15MM a year in four years. He has also negotiated land and foreshore agreements with Indigenous communities on projects valued from $10MM to $120MM. Anthony holds a BA in Business Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Accounting from Western State Colorado University.
Mindy Bing
Mindy is a project and sales manager with a strong background in construction operations. She has managed complex work on the Trans Mountain Expansion Pipeline and led teams on civil and industrial projects. She currently works as a Project Analyst at BC Hydro supporting First Nations relationship projects, and she serves on the Fort St John & District Chamber of Commerce board. Mindy holds a BA in Project Management from Western State Colorado University.
Robert Bing
Robert is a pipeline professional who has led construction crews since 2012, including as a foreman on the Trans Mountain Expansion, Fortis BC IGU Lateral and Loop, and APPL Replacement projects. His experience covers clearing, blasting, structural work, utility management, and environmental compliance. He also holds an MBA in International Business, which informs his work in business development and planning.
